Life has a way of getting in the way of things at times, and as much as plans can be made, they can change. We completed and delivered our standard run of lifesize avali plush a good time ago and put off the customs that were ordered during that run until ‘later’. Well, it’s finally ‘later’!
If you put in an order during our last run for a custom, expect to be reached out to ASAP by Aphinity to confirm details about your plush! Our maker, Rimi Plushies, has asked for us to provide PHOTOS of each plush design as it is intended to be made. This has created a whole wack more work for Aphinity to build something visual when dealing with potentially very complex requests. He’s also not a graphic artist. So… yeah.
If your plush is something you can easily mock up on our plush preview, I strongly encourage you to do so. You’ll find the link to our custom plush builder in your previous emails and discord messages from Aphinity. If you need it again, message Aphinity on Discord or Email us. Alternately, you are encouraged to take photos of your character in VR, if you have one, and if it is designed as you wish your plush to be.
Aphinity will be reaching out to custom plush preorder customers to speak to them starting the first week of December. Only a handful of you have paid (mostly those who bumped from standard to custom), so payment will be discussed as well.
We are not taking new orders at this time. We are very, very sold out. We are completing the existing “custom” orders that people requested 2 years ago (jeeze, time sure flies).
We hear you – you want your own avali plush! That is mostly up to our maker, Rimi Plushies, about when (or even if) they can take on something like this again. The design of future plush would also need to be confirmed. At this stage, we expect Winter of 2025 to be the earliest we could think about starting a new run. Customs are extremely UNLIKELY to be offered. This post should highlight why – it just takes too much time to manage.
